Trauma is everywhere, and affecting everyone in one way or another.

It has a way of seeping into our daily experience of life, putting us in protection mode even when there is nothing to protect from.

This causes never-ending anxiety and can contribute to many chronic conditions, including:

There is a way to remind the "fight-or-flight" nervous system it is not in danger!

When we are able to do this for people, they are able to live free from the weight of trauma, and get back to themselves.

This 2-day course is presented in 3 sections:

1. "Putting Out the Fires" - where we first identify and treat ACTIVE points which are showing us what the nervous system needs in order to come into a place of calm, a place where healing can happen.
2. "Seeing Through the Smoke" - Once the body is not reacting as much to the "fight-or-flight" signals, we can explore the traumas themselves. By learning how to search for "Blockages to Healing", we can find points which represent where these trauma are being held, and clear them.
3. "Fire Prevention" - Now that the system is calmed and the some of the trauma is identified and treated, you will learn the important step of how to continue to nurture their system, to help prevent it from reverting back to a state of stress.

While the VAS/RAC/Nogier Pulse is a central part of an advanced Auricular toolkit, the methods in this course can be easily applied without the VAS.
